- Non-Receipt: If you have not received your order within a reasonable timeframe (typically 30 days from the date of shipment), please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, if the package is confirmed lost, offer a refund or reshipment.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are generally not refundable unless they are damaged or defective.

Refund Request Process
